TEAMS / JUDGES / BBQ ENTHUSIASTS:
The Empire State BBQ Championship Series has been formed!!
OINKtoberfest is the last stop of 7 of the Empire State BBQ Championship
Series. The announcement will be made here on
Saturday, September 25th after our Awards Ceremony.
Teams need
to cook at 4 to have a shot at the title.
Here are the Official Rules:
Teams are entered automatically by
competing in KCBS competitions in New York State.
Residents of any State or Country are
eligible.
Ranking in the Empire State Barbecue
Championship will be based on a cumulative total of a teams
four best overall scores from any of the seven KCBS events
in NY State.
Rankings will be posted on the official
Empire State BBQ Championship site and updated after each contest
Winner will be announced and trophy
presented at the last contest of the year.
